St Hilda’s Aquatics

St Hilda’s swimming is available all year round, catering for learn to swim through to squad level swimmers. Focus is placed on development of the correct technique. All programs are skill and ability based, and as such each swimmer trains in a level of an equivalent age, ability, skill, dedication, fitness and competitive desire and also a love of the sport of swimming.

If your child did not swim at St Hilda’s in the previous school term, they will need to book in for a free swim assessment. This assessment determines which class best accommodates your child’s level of water confidence.

Assessments and classes are open to boys and girls over the age of 3. Space is limited and spots are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the Aquatics Office at 07-5577 7277 or aquatics@sthildas.qld.edu.au. If you are unable to attend your scheduled assessment time, please contact the Aquatics Office in order to reschedule. Swimmers should be in their suits with caps and goggles ready to enter the pool no later than 3:30pm or they may forfeit their assessment time.
