St Hilda's School - Enrolments

2009 Scholarships and Bursaries.

St Hilda’s School will offer a number of Scholarships and Bursaries for students entering in 2009.

Application is open to new and current students except where otherwise stated. Three of the Academic, Principal’s and Music Scholarships are designed for students currently enrolled at the School. The scholarships will provide part remission of school tuition fees.

Academic Scholarships
For students entering Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in 2009 and who are able to demonstrate academic excellence in their school record and the scholarship test.

Principal’s Scholarships
For students entering Years 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 in 2009 and who are able to demonstrate through participation and their record of achievement, their academic, cultural and/or sporting abilities. A high level of academic attainment is essential.

Music Scholarships
For students entering Years 7, 8 or 11 in 2009 and who are able to demonstrate a high level of academic and musical abilities. Auditions will be held on the afternoon of Friday, 7 March 2008.

Science Scholarship
St Hilda’s will offer a full-tuition Science scholarship for a student entering Year 11 in 2009. The student must be able to demonstrate a history of academic excellence, particularly in Science.

OGA Scholarship
The Old Girls’ Association Scholarship is open to application from new students entering Years 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 in 2009 and who are seeking to continue a family tradition by enrolling at St Hilda’s School. Applicants must be able to demonstrate academic excellence in their school record and the scholarship test.

Boarding Bursaries
Boarding Bursaries are open to application to students entering Years 6, 7, 8, 9, or 11 to provide the opportunity to experience boarding and St Hilda’s character and leadership development opportunities.
