Are you looking for a well-equipped meeting or training room on the Gold Coast with the convenience of residential accommodation at an affordable rate?
St Hilda’s School is located in the heart of Southport, close to beaches and major shopping centres.
During the non-term dates, the School’s meeting and accommodation facilities are available for hire:
Six weeks during December/January
Two weeks during April/May
Three weeks in June/July
Two weeks in September/October
During the non-term dates, accommodation and catering packages for groups can be arranged from simple home-style catering to cocktail parties or a complete dining experience in one of our venues. Accommodation features modern facilities housed within three interconnected buildings:
• single rooms
• twin share rooms
• private cubicles within a dormitory-style setting
St Hilda’s School has a variety of meeting rooms to facilitate small to medium size conferences. These include:
• The Langford Theatre (150 theatre-style)
• Rosemary Hughes Room (200 theatre-style)
• Central Hall (breakout room or cocktail function for 30 people)
• Bev Philben room (200 theatre-style or cocktail function for 250 people)
In addition to a well-appointed selection of meeting and training rooms, the following food and beverage packages are available:
• All day tea and coffee
• Morning and afternoon teas
• Buffet lunch
• Dinner (including beverage packages)
• Buffet breakfast
Catering and other function packages can be requested during term time, subject to availability. Please ask for a copy of available menus choices.
Most meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology such as:
• Interactive whiteboard
• Overhead projector
• Sound system
• Desk-top computer
• Lectern, TV and video facilities can be arranged on request
When booking your conference or function, please enquire about access to the School’s sports facilities such as:
Indoor courts for sports such as basketball and volleyball
50m heated Olympic swimming pool
On-site parking is available.
