Weekend Leave with Parents or Friends or Relatives
Weekend Leave is from Friday 3.30pm to Sunday 7.30pm although girls can return Monday morning by 7.30am if they need to access the house.  Leave is available on any weekend with people on the Approved Leave List. Information should be submitted by 8pm on Wednesday. Parent approval should be received by Thursday nights if with an unapproved host.

Tea Leave
Boarders may take Tea Leave with their parents or grandparents from 3.45pm to 8pm on Monday – Wednesday. On Thursdays, all boarders must attend Boarders’ Chapel.  Requests for Tea Leave need to be lodged on Sunday evening. 

Casual Day Girl Leave
From time-to-time parents find themselves staying on the Gold Coast during the school week. 

Casual day girl forms are available at Boarders' Reception for such purposes.

Exam Leave - Years 11 and 12
Boarders may take Exam Leave with their parents. 

Movie and Dinner Leave - Year 12 only
Boarders may take movie or dinner leave on Friday or Saturday nights by negotiation with the Director of Boarding.

Shopping Leave
Weekday shopping leave is available from 3.30pm to 4.45pm.

¨   Years 11 and 12 Any afternoon in pairs
¨   Year 10 Two afternoons per week in pairs
¨   Years 6 to 9 One afternoon per week with a Staff member

Special Leave
Birthdays, formals and other special occasions by arrangement with the Director of Boarding.

Boarder's Reception Hours

Boarders' Reception hours are 7am to 9pm every day of the week during term time.
