St Hilda’s School is seeking to appoint an experienced hospitality professional to work in the School Coffee Shop and cafeteria/tuckshop. This role coordinates our School Coffee shop servicing our school community and also coordinates training of our volunteer Year 11 students who are wishing to gain experience before school and at recess in our coffee shop.

Applicants for the above position must have a strong commitment to safe working practices and be able to function as part of a team in a fast-based environment. Experience in food and beverage/hospitality, barista skills and a commitment to excellent customer service is essential. Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems an advantage. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate II in Hospitality would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must hold, or be eligible to apply for, a Paid Blue Card and have their name submitted to the Anglican Church’s Professional Standards Register. We are seeking candidates who are team players and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to support the Anglican ethos and Code of Conduct of St Hilda’s School.
