Mia is a St Hilda’s Foundation board member, holding the position since 2020. Mia is a well-regarded Gold Coast solicitor with 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and is a Partner of a leading Gold Coast Law firm. Mia is known for her professionalism and commercial application to resolving disputes.
As a third generation, Mia is a passionate supporter of the Gold Coast Community. She sits on the board of Gold Coast Basketball, is the immediate Past President of the Gold Coast District Law Association, former Vice President of Women of Influence and is a regular contributor to stakeholder discussions with the Queensland Law Society. She maintains close ties to Bond and Griffith Universities and contributes by assisting law graduates with their transition into the legal industry.
Mia is a proud mother of three, with two daughters attending St. Hilda’s School and a son who graduated from TSS. She is married to Gold Coast solicitor, Ron Behlau. Mia is passionate about the advancement of education for young women and is committed in her efforts to uphold the philosophy adopted by the St. Hilda’s Foundation.

Tracey Woodbry is an experienced professional with a career spanning hospitality, sports and event management with a strong focus on commercial delivery.
Her expertise has seen her work with International brands, Ramada and Sheraton hotels, transforming the guest experience, focusing on first impressions and operational efficiency. International Management Group of America (IMG), where she managed ticketing, accreditation, event operations, and sponsorships for major sporting events, including motorsport, golf and tennis. Tracey further developed her commercial and marketing skills at Billabong International, creating global events across multiple continents. She later played a key role with Ticketek, enhancing her expertise in ticketing, forecasting, and venue management.
Now overseeing the corporate experience and innovation program for Supercars across 16 events annually in Australia and New Zealand, Tracey has introduced innovative premium experiences, broadening the sport’s appeal. Her commitment to the community having served on the Board of HOTA (Home of the Arts) and currently serves on the Gold Coast Mayoress Charity Foundation Board, which has raised over $3.5 million for local causes. She was a finalist in the 2023 Gold Coast Women of the Year and recognised in the 2024 Top 50 Most Influential Women on the Gold Coast.
Tracey grew up on the Gold Coast and she and her husband Michael are past parents of St Hilda's and The Southport School and current grandparents of St Hilda's who is committed to the development and growth of young women. She worked with St Hilda’s to introduce a STEM opportunity with motorsport and assisted with the development of the SuperGEMS (Girls Engaged in Motorsport and STEM) program with Griffith University.

Danielle Wruck is a financial, strategic, and operational professional with over 20 years of experience. She has excelled in senior executive management roles and served as a non-executive board member and committee chair. Earlier in her career, she demonstrated her expertise as an accountant.
Mrs Wruck holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Bachelor of Business with Distinction, is a Certified Practising Accountant with Fellow status, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In her previous role, Mrs Wruck played a pivotal role in transforming systems and building a global company as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Intogreat Solutions, a virtual staffing and consulting services organisation. Under her leadership, the company achieved significant milestones in operational efficiency and global reach.
Prior to this, she spent eleven years at ANB Bank, where she held several senior roles. Her contributions spanned digital technology and performance transformations, finance, customer experience and contact centre operations. Her innovative approach led to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Mrs Wruck has a strong track record in governance within the not-for-profit sector. Her involvement with the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) and Little Athletics Victoria showcases her dedication to community service and her embodiment of the school values and motto, Non Nobis Solum – Not for Ourselves Alone. Her passion for supporting young people to thrive is evident in her impactful work with these organisations.
Additionally, Mrs Wruck is a proud St Hilda’s parent, with her daughters Milly (Year 9) and Nina (Year 7) attending the school.

Cameron Caldwell is the Federal Member of Parliament for Fadden on the Northern Gold Coast. Having served as a City of Gold Coast Councillor for over twelve years, Cameron was elected to Parliament in the 2023 byelection.
Cameron joined the St Hilda’s Foundation in 2020and is passionate about advancing the initiatives of the Foundation in providing the very best opportunities for learning and in the lives of young women.
Cameron is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and mediator and was admitted to practice law in 2003.Cameron is married to his wife Lauren, and has three children; Mackenzie, who is a student at St Hilda’s, Clementine and Marigold.
Damon is a seasoned non-executive director and strategic adviser with over 25 years’ experience in governance, stakeholder relations and strategic communications, including over a decade of combined board experience.
Damon brings proven board leadership across international NGOs, Queensland Government and private-sector ventures, with a track record of guiding organisations through complex regulatory, financial and reputational challenges. He has chaired an international development agency accredited by DFAT, served on Queensland Government-appointed board entities (including the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation), as well as other not for profit and private companies.
He holds postgraduate and undergraduate qualifications, including a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies (with Merit) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.
Damon’s wife, Giorgia, is an Old Girl, and they have two daughters currently at St Hilda’s with a third due to commence in 2028.

St Hilda’s graduate of 1997, and current St Hilda’s and TSS parent, Corinne is a proud Old Girl and passionate about supporting the Foundation to offer opportunities to inspiring young women, their families and the community.
Corinne has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and comms space including radio project management, strategic communications, marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, event management, marketing strategy, and corporate relations.
With a passion for strategic marketing, communications, brand development and stakeholder engagement, Corinne currently works as Head of Engagement for the Franchise Council of Australia.
Corinne also owns and runs a strategic marketing consultancy, with clients ranging from Royal Caribbean International, membership organisations, charities, national childcare centre groups, accounting firms, and law firms. In 2022, Corinne and her husband created a non-alcoholic distillery creating non-alc spirits which are now ranged across Australia.
In her spare time, Corinne loves spending time with her family and kitten Gary, travelling, volunteering and renovating her old Queenslander.
Mark brings senior leadership experience across local government, national sport and education, with a clear focus on how venues, infrastructure and community services translate into meaningful impact. As well as being a TSS old boy, he has a long-standing connection with Nudgee College in Brisbane, having served on its foundation board and contributed to school philanthropic strategy, donor stewardship and major fundraising initiatives.
Mark brings considerable experience aligning endowment, capital investment and asset use with long-term organisational strategy and community outcomes. In his current executive role with the City of Gold Coast, he oversees major venues and community assets, shaping customer experience, participation and large-scale events across the region.
Marks holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Exercise Science.
Mark’s wife, Lauren, and both of his sisters are Old Girls. Their two daughters attend St Hilda’s.
Paul holds a number of non-executive director positions across the health, aged care, disability and philanthropic sectors, bringing a strong commercial focus shaped by building and managing privately held enterprises. He has served on several regulated not-for-profit boards, contributing to financial oversight, strategic direction and organisational sustainability in complex funding environments.
Paul is particularly experienced in capital allocation, long-term planning and financial resilience, with practical insight drawn from responsibility for investment decisions and sustainable philanthropy. He currently serves on the boards of Independent Living Support Association and Jubilee Community Care, alongside his executive role acquiring and operating small to medium enterprises.
Paul holds an MBA, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, alongside a range of other qualifications.
Paul has a daughter at St Hilda’s.
