Designed by young women, for young women.

The She Leads Possera Summit is a student-led leadership summit now in its third year. It brings together Year 11 girls from schools across all sectors in South-East Queensland for a full day of leadership, connection, and action. It is unique in Australia.

The summit is shaped, hosted, and curated by the Meta Masters girls of St Hilda's School, and every element of the day puts student voice at the centre. This is not an event that talks at girls. It is a day that speaks with them.

The 2026 theme, Human in the Loop, responds to the most urgent question facing the next generation of leaders: what does it mean to lead with full humanity in an AI-shaped world? The day is built around four notes, each brought to life by a remarkable woman living that note in her work. The girls will engage, deliberate, question, create, and leave with thinking they wrote themselves.

What to Expect

This is not an event that talks at girls. It is a day that speaks with them.

The 2026 summit is built around four notes — each brought to life by a remarkable woman living that note in her work, and each designed in collaboration with the Meta Masters girls. You will engage, deliberate, question, and create. You will leave with thinking you wrote yourself.

  • Four thematic sessions, each led by a speaker living the theme in her work
  • Student-led facilitation throughout the day — curated by the Meta Masters of St Hilda's
  • Space to engage, question, and deliberate — not just listen
  • Connection with Year 11 girls from schools across all sectors in Queensland
  • Formally opened by the Mayor of the City of Gold Coast

Come ready to challenge yourself and the room. Leave with something real.

"The She Leads Summit was an empowering and energising experience that encouraged me to reflect on my own leadership journey. Listening to the stories of strong, successful women inspired me to embrace challenges with confidence and continue striving to make a meaningful impact.”

The She Leads Summit is a platform to explore how young women in leadership roles bring fresh perspective, resilience and a strong sense of social awareness to decision-making. Your presence challenges outda

ted norms, promotes gender equity and inspires the next generation to aim higher.

Supporting young women to lead is not symbolic — it is vital as we strive towards long-term social and economic progress.
