Young Women Leading Change, Shifting the Sales
Be part of an inspirational morning of leadership and purpose as we mark International Women’s Day with the 2026 global theme Balance the Scales. Guided by the Meta Masters group at St Hilda’s School, this student led event brings together four remarkable women who are leading transformative change across health, advocacy, sustainable energy, and global finance.
This year’s theme is a call to action. Balance the Scales is a promise for every woman and girl to be safe, heard, and free to shape her own future. In a world where unjust systems continue to impact fairness, safety, and opportunity, true justice requires transformation. Together we have the power to dismantle discrimination and open pathways that honour dignity and deliver equality.
Our guest speakers Joanne Bergamin, Nicolle Edwards, Dr Kuljit Singh, and Bianca Park will share their experiences and insights as they explore what it takes to build fairer systems and amplify voices that have been unheard for too long.
This is more than an event. It is a movement. Led by the young women of St Hilda’s School, it stands for inclusion, justice, and a fair future for every girl.
