Cost
- FREE ENTRY – offering a fantastic and affordable day out for families and individuals All games, rides and activities are reasonably priced.
- Purchase an Armband from the Armband Ticket Booth on the middle of the Oval.
On-Campus Parking
- All gates will be opened, providing limited parking spots on campus.
Street Parking
- Street parking is available on the streets surrounding the school.
- Additional parking is available across at Queen Street Village.
Public Transportation
- The school is accessible via tram.
- The nearest tram stop is Nerang St Station.
First Aid
- First aid is available at the Ballet Shed.
- Look for the green First Aid flag for assistance.
Supervision
- As with any large-scale public event, children require adult supervision at all times and are the responsibility of their families/carers.
Emergency Evacation
- Evacuation: All persons to go to the Netball Courts
- Lockdown: All persons to go to either the Sports Complex or MPC Buildings.
Lost Child
- Any child who identifies as lost from their parents or guardians will be taken to the Information tent.
Weather
- Please come prepared for the weather (with hats, ponchos, umbrellas, etc)
- Our FETE will go ahead unless weather is extreme.
Dogs
- Dogs are prohibited - except for service dogs.
CCTV
- St Hilda's School uses video surveillance on our premises.
